Returns and Refunds Policy

All items are handmade to order and I can therefore only offer a choice of replacement or refund if your order is damaged.

Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will arrange for your choice of replacement or refund.

Unique items clearly can not be replaced, and are therefore exempt from the condition above. In this situation you need to contact the website owner straight away to discuss potential repair or replacement options.

Damaged items must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days by recorded post. Any items sent after this date will be considered the buyers property and not refunded.


All items are handmade using small beads and other items as well as wire, it is therefore strongly advised all items are not suitable for very young children and supervision should be given to all children wearing any items. Care should always be taken when handling your items.

As your item is handcrafted there may be slight variations between pieces, especially so in natural products, (pearls, gemstones etc), however this should be slight and not affect the overall design in anyway.

If you would like a colour sample of any item please email:   with your request, samples of upto 3 beads are free.
Please keep all items wrapped in original packaging when not being used. It is advised you limit handling until your special date. No responsibility will be taken for misuse of your items.
Most orders are completed in 4-5 weeks though it may be possible in some cases to prioritize you if it is urgent to meet your deadline. Prioritization depends entirely on other orders and deadlines.

When purchasing from the Unique tiara range the order will be on a first-come first-served basis, where it will be decided on a first definite email to come to the web owner. 

Website owners decision is final on this matter.

Unique tiaras are as shown, though it maybe possible in some designs to wire ribbon to the ends if desired. 

Payment methods accepted; PAYPAL or Cheque.   

 When paying via PAYPAL we will send you a request for the amount.

When paying with a cheque, please remember to include your name and address on the back. Items will only be dispatched once payment is cleared; cheques usually require 4 working days to clear.
